This configurator allows you to create 2 models of a face and merging them. Have you see the film The Thing? That's what inspired this.

How it works:

  1. Take 2 photos using the buttons above. Either upload them or use your webcam. They can be from the same person or 2 different people. The result will be much better if you make scary faces. (The template model you see when the page loads are from me making a face)
  2. Wait a couple minutes, it takes a while to generate the models.
  3. Once it's ready, you will see the faces in place of the template ones. From here you can edit several things:
    • their placement
    • the rotation between them
    • the blend between them
  4. If you see a result you like, click download, and you'll get a 3MF file you can print.

Printing advice:

As you can see above, the layer lines can be pretty visible. So it may be best to set them thinner than the default in your slicer.
